I had an appointment to renew my driver's license. Only took two hours
Tried to get appointment...went to DMV portal ...instead of getting time it kept sending me to an entertainment venue..wanting me to join...it's one of those recurring membership...utter nonsense
This location is accessible and not too crowded. The wait was 45 minutes. My representative was unfriendly. I didn't go to DMV to make friends, yet her gruff attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. Made me think that State employees must be overworked and underpaid. So they take out their dissatisfaction on the public they serve.
WORST DMV office ever! at my first appointment I talked to a "lady"/woman at station 26 and she referred to me to next counter over pointing at me with her finger:"this one!" Talk about rudeness to the cube. I am a senior going on73 . I did my vision test, I did my law test, where they send me to Orange in the boonies. The building was not marked and it was very difficult to find. The people there were extremely nice though.
Today I had a driving test with Mr.X. ( can not tell real name) I made a lot of crucial mistakes , I admit, but how he treated me was arrogant, nonchalant and plain rude as well! Watch out when you are a senior you are treated as low life, bottom feeder! And there is minus ZERO rating from me for CM DMV. But I heard rumors before that people said it is BY FAR THE WORST in the OC! 100% agree. Prepare your self being treated awfully! Again I failed my test and rightfully so! Woman at Window 18 needed to take a 10 min break prior to 10am. Left us standing there until 10:10am. We were there 10 min early for 10am appt. No wonder DMV is never on schedule.
