The staff was extremely nice and courteous. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. However, they were extremely slow when completing tasks. The wait times were still long even with an appointment. I waited over 1 hour just trying to get a simple task done that should have taken 5 mins.

The wait was not too long. I waited for 20 minutes. The staff member was not friendly but she was able to help me out. Remember to always arrive PRIOR to your appointment time.

The wait was not too bad. I only waited 15-20 minutes before a staff member helped me out. The staff member did not seem enthusiastic at all, however, I was able to get the answers I needed. A tip is too come 30 minutes before your appointment.

Unfortunately, this DMV is about failing you as fast as possible. The people are are unfriendly. They do not explain anything. They just hand you a packet and point to the exit. I failed the test. Sure, I was unhappy. I went to another DMV and passed. So, my advice. Go to another DMV like I did the first time. You will not pass anywhere unless you know the manual inside and out. But, go to one who have human beings working their not robots.

They have bad attitude don’t know how to talk to people it’s unprofessional they way they handle the public. It’s like they think it’s okay to be rude because they not going to get reprimanded anyway so they get away with it. That’s tells you a lot about their management team.
