Fontana California DMV Reviews and Tips
The reason I went to the website was not listed in all of the choices, so I will have to go to your office after all

I was taking my behind the wheel test and the instructor got into my car and didn't even bother to state his name. The procedure went on as normal and we began driving but the windows were down so he could give me instructions for the pre assesment. I wanted to roll them up because I had trouble hearing but he responds with a snarky response like "i didn't tell you to roll up the windows." First of all this is my car I should do whatever I feel is right for me to pass but I kept it down to please him as he said he needed fresh air so whatever that's fine. But throughout the test he stuck his head like a dog not even paying any attention to me and marked me on tiny mistakes like not checking my mirrors when I clearly did but he did not bother to look at me while I'm driving. He also failed me for not merging into the bike lane immediately when I was about to make a right turn but that was due to his late instructions and he explained to me after that I should've cut the solid line of the bike lane even before it became dotted which contradicts the literal law but whatever his perspective is different than mine because his head is still out the window like a puppy. He failed me but the comment he said after was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was my 2nd attempt and he asked me my age and I responded and he goes "you're 18 and still can't figure out how to drive?" I was shocked by the attitude he gave me as that comment was completely unnecessary and demoralizing. Worst experience ever they must hire anybody at this damn dmv because they have absolute morons who can't deal with not having fresh air for 10 minutes and need to have their head out the window instead of paying attention to the person they're grading. This dmv truly earned their reputation of terrible service and idiotic instructors.
