Before you even get to the building, I stood outside the building for almost two hours in a line. Once I got inside, I had to wait for my number to be called. I thought it would be quick, but that took another hour or so. When I was being helped, the staff was so condescending to me. She answers questions in a degrading manner and acts like you have to know all the answers. Well, that's why we're here! They don't care about anything else, especially COVID procedures as everyone is breaking it at any given moment there. The location was easy to find and parking was ample at the time, but I could see it getting full if you go any later than the afternoon.
