dont go to susanville DMV. drive anywhere else. slowest facility. when arrived place full with 3 agents. 10
minutes later all but 1 agent left and did. it return for over an hour. talk about slow ineffective and rude. worst DMV i have ever been too

Staff very helpful and friendly. Office Manager went above and beyond to help resolve our issues and get our vehicles registered. Reasonable wait times even without appointment.
