Ive had the very best and professional service and care from both the local DMV office here in Alturas, CA, and the local "DUI equipment installer" Sean's Locksmith. They are exemplary in their work and I am thankful indeed.
The third party vendor Intoxalock has however made mistake after mistake after mistake for right at 2 weeks now ... and had I not spent another 1.5 hours of my time (Billable?) AGAIN today, the DL920 would still be sitting in their office after I paid for it on Jul 8. Each time I call, I am kept on hold for a minimum hour and then they have a different story than the last call agent!
