Fresno CA North DMV Field Office

The staff were very helpful, I had to present my recent smog check certification after passing. I also had to renew my tags. As soon as I came into the DMV facility I was given a paper with a number to wait until I was called. I then spoke with a worker and paid/presented my proof of smog passage.

The staff was very useful, the wait was ridiculous. The location was easy to find from my home. Due to covid procedures there was a long line. i would recommend try to get an appointment or get there really early.

Very rude!

The DVM agents did an exceptional job and went above and beyond their call of duty. Kobie and Ashley helped me on day one, when I wasn't quite sure how to organize all the paperwork I had for five vehicles. I wasn't quite sure of the forms I needed, but I did my best to fill things out. Time ran out, and Kobie and Ashley were still very kind-hearted. Although it was past their scheduled time to clock out, they finished the job of organizing my paperwork. They didn't complain and didn't make me feel like I was a burden for needing help, and I am forever grateful for their servant hearts. Although I had to go back the next day, I saw Kobie and Ashley, and I smiled at them both. Kobie was very courteous and kindly spoke to me. Ashley also smiled at me.
Next, I had a fantastic agent named Angela, who was able to help me transfer and register five vehicles within the hour. She was so polite and patient with me, it was like a dream. These agents sat near one another, and the energy that they gave off was amazing and genuine. They worked together to help each other, making the DMV environment a pleasant place to be. These are exemplary DMV agents, and I will continue to go back to this DMV just because of them. The little negativity I experienced from another DMV agent was cancelled out by their generous care in helping me do what I went there to do. You never know what a person is going through, and just losing my father and having to handle the business of his vehicles was already painful, and these amazing and brave souls made it barely for me. I will never forget their kind hearts and deeds.
