Hello, my name is Linda. I needed to renew my license by Sept. 1 and received your notice well in advance. I studied briefly and took test #1. I failed it and was pretty surprised as I haven't had any trouble before during my almost 60 years of driving. So I did some more practice tests and tried a couple of days later. I was stunned to fail again. But I must admit that the staff at every station was very friendly and encouraging. So I studied up a lot and with fear and trembling and prayer, tried again. Once again the staff was kind and encouraging. Tho I have a lot of not so positive thought on the test questions. I want to thank and compliment the staff, all nine? of them I must have encountered during my 3 visits...your courtesy, and kindness really makes a difference. And I certainly have a new appreciation for the privilege of driving. Oh and I did pass quite well on that 3rd try. : ) :) :]
