the staff doesnt understand public vs private...it is legal to film in public. the saying goes as follows: "whatever you can see from public, you can film" you called law enforcement on a non crime. you endangered this citizen for not understanding law.

Breach them that if someone comes in requesting public records they’re the ones who need to give them.. not another agency. They’re the holder of the records! Thank you
