My husband and I were treated very poorly this morning. I went up to window 5 asking the clerk when B014 would be called after watching # 14 getting passed by. She said it had been called. But I told her it had not been called. (We were seated at least 45 minutes waiting patiently for the announcement of our number. There is no way you can miss hearing/seeing it )She then curtly told me that I had to get a new number which meant standing in a long line. We left! We just wanted a handicap placard for my husband!
