They lost my pink slip after they mailed it to me with the wrong name on it they kept when I went back in filled out all the paperwork on top of that paid for my tags back in January my tags are on hold all because they misspelled my first name then lost my pink slip they keep having fill out paperwork that's the same. On top of that they trying make me pay the fees for a new pink slip & tried to make me pay late fee of paying for my tags Nope bank statement shows they cashed the check. Problem still not resolved
