It took me longer to TRY to make an appointment than it did to study the handbook. Frustration led to failure. I failed my first test (for the first time in 66 yrs)and after another two hours of trying to make an appointment I have given up, decided to walk in and pray I pass. You could have made this a very simple scheduling appointments for drivers over 70. CLICK HERE. And the idea that after 3 tries a person would have to begin and pay again. How nice for Senior citizens on fixed incomes. Ridiculous. You wonder why opinions if DMV are low.(Employees were nice)
