It's extremely simple near marine base in the middle of "no man land" kind of desert.

Because the DMV is in Twentynine Palms it's extremely simple to find. It is an extremely open desert area with one of the largest marine bases and the DMV is practically at the gate of the marine base entry. I have lived near the DMV 40 years now and it is beyond basic to find practically anything because of only one main highway that leads to everything. The DMV is on Adobe Road but also, Adobe Road is the ONLY way to enter the marine base. The town is also rather small which is what makes everything so simple to find. Many soldiers live on the marine base but even to include the population count on marine base, it’s a small town. Overall, if you can follow the single road directions to marine base the DMV is beyond obvious before marine base entry. If you reach the marine entry you’ve basically reached a “dead end” if not entering. Simply turn around and the DMV will be with half mile on the west side of Adobe Road.
