I have always had good experience visiting the DMV in Fall RIver Mills, California, the one lady is very helpful, never flustered when asked a question, polite, she is the lady that is a little short, black hair, I'm sorry I don't know her name, there is another lady that works there and she is also great,

avoid the start and end days of the month and around major holidays. the state should hire more workers to help.

Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient in every phase of the transactions.

Burney post office saw fit to either steal my drivers license or did something else inappropriate with it like identity theft. Had to go back to dmv and get another one. The origional one was never returned to dmv in Sacramento. Employees at dmv Fall River Mills were very proficient in issuing me another one and were nice people.
