The site was temporarily operated inside Stoneridge shopping Mall due to construction renovations. The stuff are nice and helpful. It kept the COVID safety protocol like wearing musks, 6 feet wait line. The parking is plenty in the mall. The tip is that if go at after 10:00am everyday, the wait line would be short and the average processing time would be shorter compared to usual time.

It was the fastest and easiest time I've ever spent at DMV. I completed my application outside, got my confirmation number, and then was only waiting inside for a total of 15 minutes.

I needed to provide additional documentation for my "Real ID" application. The location was organized and I knew right where to wait. My transaction did not take long as I had everything I needed for my appointment. The employee had my appointment on their screen and knew exactly why I was there.

The DMV location is a temporary location. It is inside a mall. Due to Covid, patrons need to enter through the main entrance but many of us didn't know and other entrances of the mall were accessible. The direction to DMV was non existent. The staff was okay. The whole process was not as bad as I thought. At least, the mall location is much more comfortable than the musty DMV office in my town.

Online keep showing "unable to process my request", and phone DO NOT are friendly users, I was about 21/2 hours waiting for an answer to change my address, and all the prompts were not helping, furthermore the person I spoke with said "sorry you need to go to a DMV office" when I request to schedule an appointment also said "you need to go to a DMV office for that too".

Please tell your staff to stop yelling at older citizens and instead nicely help us get through the newer policies. Yelling out the orders is not the answer.

DMV’ employees are profesional, friendly and respectful as well supporting; however, the waiting period is longer due to there are fewer employee for the higher people/costumers going to DMV’ office ( DMV at Pleasanton CA)
