This office is a complete horrific mess. The staff is never helpful, they don't keep the right papers together, they staple different titles with different DMV printouts. They never explain why they have kicked titles back. When you ask a question at the window they completely ignore you. And there is no restroom for people that have medical conditions, you have to drive around the city and hopefully find one open. Maybe someone should notify the Feds about the Americans with Disabilities Act about that. Calfornia has really become one of the worst states to live in starting with the DMV.
