The wait was not long. There was an outside line and one employee took info on what you were there for and made sure you had what you needed and gave you a number. You waited outside til number called at which time you went in and saw an agent. Then you left by another door. Wait time was about 20 minutes, time at window to handle business about 5. Not bad at all for Covid times and no appointment.

It’s very sad and upsetting that the DMV 180 Martinvale lane in San José California hires very rude very nasty people like Alejandra. She is racist towards her own Hispanic community. She shouldn’t be working in a place like this. She bulldozes people and doesn’t let them speak and is hostile. I was there to get my license and left dumbfounded and insulted. She raised her voice and was visibly frustrated. I left in tears. Do better

Alejandra was very rude and embarrassed me in front of many other customers there. She was talking over me and treating me like I wasn’t important and my issue didnt matter. Sje shouldnt be working there with others with that kind of behavior. Very unprofessional.

I experienced a horrible situation before i even went inside the DMV. The girl sitting at the table inside the first door was so rude and treated me like I wasn’t important and sent me away to “call the dmv”?!? What? She shouldn’t be working with the public with such unprofessional behavior.
