Where is a button or whatever to actually make an appointment to renew a d/l in person? There is info on what you need to bring in, and the office hours in Daly City, CA, but no button to make an appointment! Is it walk-in only?

June 7, 2023 we had appointment at 10:00 to secure a CA ID. We were called at 10:00, helped with the digital portion of the application. The person helping us was very patient, helpful with explanations and PLEASANT! Next was photo for ID., same courteous helpful attention. Appointment at 10:00 on our way to the car at 10:20. Now this is service. Knowledgeable efficient pleasant helpful DMV staff.

Very organized and pleasant. So much better compared to the last time (pre-COVID) I needed to go to the DMV. Kudos to all the improvements accomplished!
