Corte Madera California DMV Reviews and Tips
I was worried about going to the DMV during the pandemic but the process was much faster than I had thought it would be. The line was outside and people only entered when their number was called. When they had me use the fingerprint scanner they didn't wipe it down in front of me, but maybe they had before I came in. I definitely used hand sanitizer after that. The guy who helped me was super friendly and everyone seemed to be in a great mood!

Questions and Answers
We donated a car several weeks ago, submitted our transfer papers, but would now like to verify that the ownership transfer has taken place. How can I accomplish that?
Thank you.
Thank you.
If you donated your car to a charity, they should be able to provide you with proof that the transfer of ownership has taken place. If you are unable to contact the charity, you can contact the California DMV to verify the transfer of ownership. To do so, you will need to provide the DMV with the vehicle identification number (VIN) for your car, as well as the date of the transfer. You can contact the California DMV by phone or in person at a local DMV office.
