Make sure to wear a mask, as they will not let you enter without one. The staff is pretty friendly, and you can go to the entrance and ask which line is the appropriate one, depending on what you need. I typically do not like going to the DMV, but this location was above average!

This is in reference to a lady behind the desk named Frances (they are not allowed to give you their last name==in this day and age I totally understand). She is the only Frances there and if you are lucky enough to get her, count your blessings. She is outgoing and extremely pleasant and helpful. Out of 10 I give her a twelve. I had an unusual problem getting an extension for my license and she didn't even blink an eye.
