I’m trying to get my car registered for some reason you guys changed my address I’ve always had the same address but now my penalties and fees are gonna go up on my car registration because you said I was in compliable I need that even for smog I can’t do anything cause I need to scan it so you guys are not helpful. I need a human being to talk to not a fucking stupid person online That just says sorry we can’t do it so now I’m getting penalized because you didn’t send my registration to my home you guys‘s fault. My address is not changed in the DMV for 15 years. It’s been the same address and all of a sudden you add of five to the end of my address and now I can’t get my registration
