I went and had to ask about the number system, before it made sense to me. Then I tried to pay with Applepay, and it went thru on my end(on my phone), but not theirs. I’m lucky I had the same amount again to put on a credit card, as I was billed twice, and still not had the issue resolved. But honestly, I don’t think this was the dmv’s fault, but the system they are using. Other than that, it wasn’t as bad as I expected.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I arrived here to take my driver's test, and the driving instructor was over 20 minutes late (I came early), and was frankly very rude in her state of speaking (as well as exhibiting an angry/annoyed state of mind and attitude). She was also the only driving instructor available there at that time and there were other people waiting to take their drivers test and had to wait past their appointment for her to take them in, so whoever was in charge of that had very poor planning. Not only that, but I would think that once you arrive to a dmv office to take your driver's test, they would check if the other party that was with you or drive you had a valid driver's license with them.

The person that checked me in was very helpful and nice and the person that helped me with the rest of my visit was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience.

I needed to get a new temporary disabled placard. I had my paperwork from my doctor but couldn’t find a place on the website to make an appointment for this purpose. I took a chance and walked into the DMV and stood in the disabled/appointment line. I had a very understanding clerk and she gave me a number. I only had about a 20 minute wait and was taken very good care of. Paid my fee and left with my new placard, I’m very appreciative.
