So I go for a non-driving license ID, it's been over a month and nothing in the mail, online it says "processing" has not been mailed, so I contact Albany and they say I needed to call and confirm my address so they can send me my ID. (Why didn't they tell me this when the transaction took place) does not make any sense. Today is July 6th, the transaction took place on June 12th !!!! And to make matters worse Albany tells me today it's going to take another 10 days for me to receive it in the mail.

They are very rude and they take along time for processing i kept waiting 3 hours

Most employees there are rude and do not know how to politely converse with clients.

We are military return from overseas. We came in to renew our drivers licenses. They were able to take three of our family members all at once and within about 15 minutes. Kelli Griffiths was extremely professional and pleasant matter, and very patient, and it was a joy to work with her. I have never had such a positive experience at a DMV.

The team is friendly, professional, and respectful. The quality of service is excellent, with a reasonable wait time and clear instructions. This is my second experience at this DMV inspection station.

This location is accessible and not too crowded. The wait was 45 minutes. My representative was unfriendly. I didn't go to DMV to make friends, yet her gruff attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. Made me think that State employees must be overworked and underpaid. So they take out their dissatisfaction on the public they serve.

The worse place ever. Waiting more than 2.30hrs to change a name. When you approach receptionist you deal with the rudest people ever. Why to schedule an appointment when your name is never called at that time.
Would be great if there are different windows to take care of people with address and name changes

Had appointment 6/16/26. The wait time wasn't too long. We were luckily to have Jesus call us up to register our new car. He was very pleasant and helpful. Appreciate his good nature.
