What a great experience we had at this DMV. The security guards assistance with required paperwork kept the line moving along. His sense of humor helped as he announced a possible lengthy wait time, due to a staffing shortage that day. At the window the lady was so kind and patient as we had no appt and were getting an enhanced license. She was bye herself yet never made us feel rushed!

My daughter and I arrived 5 minutes prior to Saturday opening hours. We didn't wait in line at all. Staff were fast, friendly and efficient. I had my plate registration and driver's license renewed in 10 minutes. I had previously taken daughter to Massillon and waited an hour in a small, understaffed office.only to be told they couldn't help us. We tried calling Massillon prior to the visit but phones went unanswered. Advice! Go to North Canton. 5 stars North Canton.

The facility opens at 7:30am. Someone forgot to remove the closed sign and I sat waiting in the car.
Otherwise, the service was excellent.

Carrboro DMV - I went on-line five weeks prior to schedule an appointment. My appointment to obtain a ReadID was scheduled for 09/04 @11:00 am. I was in/out of my appointment in approximately 15 minutes. CECE was the employee who helped me through the process. CECE was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! If you go on-line to schedule an appointment and CARRBORO is available...schedule your appointment there and hopefully you will be fortunate enough to be called to "station #3" to work with CECE! (I currently live in Raleigh, NC.)
