Absolutely horrible! Great example of government inefficiency. I walked in on 3/28/26, at 2:20 pm (they close at 3), but I didn't have an appointment. I didn't know I needed one. I tried to register a used car I just bought a few hours earlier. They turned me away and would not help me. The person I spoke to said they can only help me with an appointment. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in there! She told me they were waiting for one more appointment, then they were closing. The employees at the counter asked if any more people were coming, and the lady that turned me away said "yes, one more person." So an office staffed with paid employees would not help a walk in customer. It's over a half hour one way from my house. So over an hour of driving for nothing. I made an appointment for today (4/4/26), and the line was OUT THE DOOR to get in, they were so busy. Too bad they couldn't help me when I was the only customer in there. Absolutely disgusting way to do business.

Terrible experience! Waited one hour and 30 minutes even though I had an appointment!

Totally disorganized. No one knew where to go. When you check in you’re told to go to a place and then they send you back and then you lose your place in line. Ridiculous!

Whoever runs it is incompetent.

When I finally got to the actual “counter” I was supposed to go to, the information she entered into the computer was incorrect. So now I had to wait 15 minutes more for them to try to figure out how to fix it.

Most of the individuals I encountered there were very unhelpful and had an attitude.

Horrible experience.

If you have an appointment why do you have to wait two hours? And then everyone there is very rude and condescending. I was there with a guy who is military and they treated him like shit. And then I’m a professional and they treat me like shit.
MHorrifying zero stas. But They don’t give you an option for negative stars, so I guess I’ll have to go with one star for absolutely sucks!

Well first and foremost let me my name is Mr Knight and I went to the DMV I go every 7 days trying to get my permit I mean my license it took me 58 years to get there but I'm there and the way they got to set up it's just not right I mean I've been on YouTube on the DMV learning test license thing and fully understand that because they asked you the question once you pick the right answer it gives you the understanding of that answer and the breakdown of that answer I went to the DMV in Newark New Jersey where I live at freezing hiding avenue and every time I go I take the test and they say if you don't know the answer to a question skip it and it supposed to come back around asking you in a different format but it keeps coming back around with the same darn question it is frustrated and aggravating because this is how I'm failing I took the test on YouTube for the DMV and passed it at 95% meaning I almost got a perfect hunted but I get down here to the DMV on prison heightsen avenue and I take the test I get all the way up to question 37 which is right and then here come these weird ass questions that have nothing to do with driving education religion what what that got to do with driving The education part I get but what does religion has to do with driving so I couldn't answer that question I skipped it hoping that when it came back around and asking a different format to give me a better understanding so I can pass the test but that didn't happen same question so I skipped it again went to the next question it couldn't answer it and it's not that I'm done with stupid I have a learning disability and it hurts because people are lestimate my goodness and what I can do and because they do it I start thinking negative about myself That's not the way to run the business people come in here to take a test you should have the obligation and the respect to want to help that person that make you take your hat off your hoodie turn your phone off no talking see this is the problem I do good when I take tests on my own where I hear nothing to distract me I'm always distracted when I take my test because somebody starts with noise while they sitting talking not supposed to be and then you got the co-workers about maybe 5 ft in back of us from the table behind the counter they're talking the distraction but that test some of them answers on there is just unbelievable and ain't no secret I need help but I'm not a quitter I keep going and I keep taking the test and I keep feeling that test and I shouldn't so if they can hook that test up like the DMV test that's on YouTube a lot more people past that test and then they asked me another question on our site they got 10 to 50 20 to 50 40 to 50 and then 10 to 40 I'm thinking the 10 to 25th is the answer but I couldn't deal with it because I didn't know what your eyesight if it ain't 50/50 I don't know what it is they just wrong and I'm pretty do something about it because I need to get my license to drive my wife around cuz I don't want her walking it's too much evil stuff going on in this world and I need her to be safe and by my will she will be safe through the grace of God you heard Amen in the name of Jesus

HAVE SOMEONE ON DUTY FOR NEW STICKERS!! Making someone wait over an hour is absolutely bind blowing.
