Most employees there are rude and do not know how to politely converse with clients.
The team is friendly, professional, and respectful. The quality of service is excellent, with a reasonable wait time and clear instructions. This is my second experience at this DMV inspection station.
I made an appointment ONLINE through YOUR SCHEDULING SYSTEM, for 6/19/2026, to get a REAL ID. I drove all the way there, 45 minutes, and the building was CLOSED for Juneteenth. It's not like I just walked up, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT! I was very FRUSTRATED spending all that time driving for nothing. Now I have to go back a third time.
I would like to thank the staff and examiner for making my road test experience a positive one. I was very nervous before taking my test, but everyone was professional, respectful, and helped me feel more comfortable.
I am happy to say that I passed my road test and received my driver’s license. The examiner gave clear instructions and made the process fair and organized. I appreciate all the hard work the DMV staff does every day to help new drivers.

Fantastic Experience: Most people dread going to the DMV; however, my experience there earlier today was great. I had 2 - 3 complicated matters to resolve and Ellie made it happen. She is super informed and very pleasant. There was one matter she needed to check on, got it and it was resolved. Moving onto the next window, Mario was great. Again, efficient and pleasant. Well done DMV!
