Got wonderful girl. Managed to help me and several others at the same time
RUDE AND THE SUPERVISOR IS EVEN MORE RUDE!
Terrible customer service. Make sure you’re there early bc they do not care where you came from, you will be dismissed over a couple minutes.
I made an appointment for a real ID in April for the office in North Cape May, it was the only available appointment for a real ID, nowhere in the paperwork did it mention that I needed to bring my marriage certificate I had 10 other points of ID, of course they gave me a pass to go to Manahawkin to run home to get my marriage certificate, when I got there, they would not let me through because it was 4 PM, they didn’t even want to consider the fact that I had driven over three hours trying to get this completed. That’s what you get when you’re a US citizen.
The employees are well-trained, and the office is exceptionally well-organized. The receiving receptionist stands out for being kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
That said, the screening and reviewing staff could benefit from a slight improvement in how they engage with applicants. While it's entirely reasonable that they must thoroughly verify documents to ensure compliance with guidelines, a bit more finesse in communication would make a meaningful difference. Applicants are simply trying to fulfill the requirements, and a more considerate tone—especially when enforcing rules—would be both respectful and appreciated.
Lastly, the staff overseeing the final step and photo process are warm and welcoming, making the overall experience feel smooth and pleasant. Their friendly demeanor truly leaves a positive impression. 😊
