Theres a double standard for women ir men for real id. I have my ex husbands name for 34 years so now i have to bring my divorce decree to dmv when i did thst obviously 34 yrs ago and gotten my license since w mo problem my divorce is not their business
must arrive one hour prior to opening at least. went smoothly but I could nothear or understand intercom .louder and more distinct would help. appointment orgs. are a wast
I made a real id appointment but the website did not confirm it. I went there on the date and time. They were unable to make an appointment while I was there. That is so rude. The website is so confusing also. Trying to get through via telephone is also like pulling teeth.
Terrible experience! Waited one hour and 30 minutes even though I had an appointment!
Totally disorganized. No one knew where to go. When you check in you’re told to go to a place and then they send you back and then you lose your place in line. Ridiculous!
Whoever runs it is incompetent.
When I finally got to the actual “counter” I was supposed to go to, the information she entered into the computer was incorrect. So now I had to wait 15 minutes more for them to try to figure out how to fix it.
Most of the individuals I encountered there were very unhelpful and had an attitude.

I visited the Medford motor vehicle agency on April 18, 2026, and I am compelled to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the representative who attended to my needs. The young lady, Autumn, demonstrated outstanding helpfulness, kindness, and support throughout our interaction. If future visits are required, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be assisted by her again. Her professionalism and courtesy were exemplary. Notably, this experience stands in stark contrast to my typical encounters at other agencies, where the staff often prioritizes efficiency over customer satisfaction. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Autumn and her excellent customer service. Definitely appreciate her!!!
