If you are well prepared when you show app at the office, everyone is very helpful. The process was seamless, and I got in and out in a short period of time.
Slow process. Rejected my utility bill as it was 5 months old (my fault) even though I had property tax receipts showing that I have lived here for over 10 years. Had to return with a later utility bill.
I went online to schedule an appointment for a Real ID, which is required by 5/7/2025, but your department is so terrible you have no availability until 5/22 all the way across the state. And I’m disgusted that your organization made no mention of the need to get a real ID when you sent me a license renewal last summer online as you knew you couldn’t handle the volume. You are everything I’ve come to expect of the state of New Jersey, corrupt, expensive, and inefficient.
why are there no walk -in services covid is over why are employees not at the building/still working from home?
Staff were nice. However rejecting me because one of my utilitu bills was 65 months old while other esd cuttrn, made me come back. Foolish, especially when I had property tax billsn for past 10 years!
