Never a good experience there, people are always rude.

The person at the door was friendly & efficient. He smiled & courteously guided each individual. I give him a "5".

After him, however, it seemed most all persons behind the counters operated on automatic. Their tasks were completed, however I was simply "next" in a long, tedious day of "next." I give them a "3."

As for processing time, it was the fastest I have ever experienced. I give that a "5."

I tried unsuccessfully to arrange an appointment to get my driver's license updated to a Real ID so I wouldn't have to carry a passport for domestic air travel. Upon arrival I was greeted by a screener who was able to arrange a meeting with a screener and have my photo taken for a new driver's license. After a very short wait I was directed to a DMV rep, Danielle, who was so attentive and processed my new license request without any difficulty. She asked me if I was a veteran (I am) and if I had my DD214 with me (I did), so she was able to not only get a Real ID designation on my new license, but also an inscription that I'm a veteran. Danielle was so helpful, kind, and professional that this entire experience was completed without any problems. MY thanks to all of the DMV personnel who helped me, and especially Danielle who went out of her way top make sure everything went well. This location will always be my choice for future needs. Thanks again. John Sullivan, Arlington Heights, IL
