Went to office on etchepare. Signed in with my license to renew. Watched other people come in after me for hours and I finally left after 2 hours. Someone mentioned that I needed to sign in virtually and I have never found a place to do that????? What a mess. Someone else told me that I neede to drive to Laramie to do this. Come on what is up???? You also need to get a monitor to show people where they are in line. Really not hard to do! Tim Moss
I was there on the 20th and 21st of April 20226 and the lady who helped me through the process was very nice and made me as comfy as I could be considering I haven't had a licence in years...didn't catch her name so I could personally thank her..
Really rough experience here.
This system of signing in and wait is ridiculous. You could sign in for a time of 10:40 and then they text you at 8:00 to be there in 20 minutes. WTH! My spouse signed up also for a time of 10:50 so we could make ONE trip there. But hasn’t received a text at this time 30 minutes after mine. So what a dysfunctional mess! Need to FIX this!!!!! So stupid!!!!
I want to thank Sara for the fantastic customer service she gave my wife and her handicapped sister. She was very professional while making My sister in-law feel very comfortable updating her Wyoming id card. Her personal inter actions with her made the whole trip a pleasant and satisfying experience . We need more people like her in positions like this, it is a breath of fresh air to work and interact with people who love their job. Good job Sara and keep up the good work and keep smiling.
