The sign-in kiosk is very convenient. I happened to be there when there were almost no customers waiting. I went to a customer service window as soon as I completed my sign-in. Much appreciate the expeditious completion of my car license renewal.

Closed early not at 430
This is the friendliest, most efficient license office I have ever been to. My mother had a 9:30 am appointment and due to the weather we were late. I was afraid they would not take her from past experience with other offices and was pleasantly surprised to be warmly greeted by the staff. This despite having no heat in the office with below zero temperature outside. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing - your office should be the model for all others.
They were an hour behind due to staffing issues, which is understandable. The low rating is a result of a female staff member telling a coworker “I have to take one more freaking customer first..” (probably before lunch). I understand her pov but ALL the “freaking customers “ heard that. She should choose her words more carefully when dealing with the public. I attempted to address this privately with the manager, Bridgett, who could not take a moment to speak with me when I asked to do so.
