I have had to be in and out of the Secretary of State office on Livernois multiple times within the last three weeks and each and every time I go everyone there is polite and helpful, knowledgeable, and busy.
Not direct phone access to local SOS office.

Pleasantly surprised. My experience was fast, friendly and courteous. You are required to make an appointment. They will not accept walk-in's which is frustrating however everything went very smooth
