Not user friendly. Unable to s schedule appointment in office. Need to change address on multiple items. Not able to set appointment. Screen will not open.
I tried to schedule an appointment on line and on the phone; all I can say is "wow frickin wow.", so now I will show up at the S.O.S. office when they open and wait.
Always fast service
I have had to be in and out of the Secretary of State office on Livernois multiple times within the last three weeks and each and every time I go everyone there is polite and helpful, knowledgeable, and busy.
Not direct phone access to local SOS office.
