I dreaded sitting for hours at the. DMV in Big Rapids, Mi, but I hadn’t even sat down when I was called to the window. I was in and out in FIVE MINUTES. The person who took care of me was efficient and friendly as well as knowledgeable.
I've never had any issues here. They have always been helpful.
I'd made an appointment but it wasn't busy so I was taken care of right away. Title transfer and new plate. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. The woman who waited on me was polite, knowledgeable and made the experience very pleasant.
