This DMV opened on time (8AM) and the wife and I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. There were about 20 of us, some with appointments and some, like us, without one (Walk-in's). We all went thru the "Info" desk very quickly and were given a chit of paper with a 2 digit number and alphabet letter written and then we took a seat and waited for our number/letter to appear on the TV sets, then we went to the assigned window where we were greeted and were asked questions and where photos were taken. The effort took around 15 minutes.

My visit was on April 9, 2024. All I needed to do is change my mailing address on my O.L. and Registration. When I approached the information desk, I told the woman why I was there. She slid a clipboard with a form on it to me and said nothing. I was thinking, (She must hate her job.) When my number was called, the woman at the window acted as though she hates her job too and that I was interrupting her already miserable evening. I try my best not to do business here due to the rude and inconsiderate attitudes like those stated above. In fact, I know many people who have experienced the same frustration that I have. Like all businesses, there are exceptions. There are some employees who help customers without expressing a miserable, rude and inconsiderate attitude. However, I have yet to see it here. DMV needs to monitor their employees and conduct counseling sessions in the field of (Not Good) but Great Customer Service. Although my experience here was, as usual, not an enjoyable one, I did get my address changed. The lowest score i can give is one star only because there is no zero to check.
