This was the best experience at DMV that my husband and I had in many years! We had made an appointment and were early but they let us in right away. NO line! The checkin desk was fast and very friendly. We didn't even have to sit down and wait, as our numbers were called immediately. Service at the counter was outstanding for both of us - efficient, friendly, and welcoming. We were in and out of there in a half hour for our Real ID. Excellent customer service! 😃
This DMV is run by the rudest, most incompetent group of people. I had a minor violation back in 2018 and they treated me like I was a felon. What they failed to mention was the statute of limitations was 3 years. The whey-faced milk toast bitch who runs the place shouldn’t be in customer relations: she let that mean bitch abuse me and did nothing about it. Fire them all and start again with intelligent people who care how they treat people!!!!!!
Not the best in customer service. it's not all the staff, but one I encountered recently seemed like she did not like her job and was going to take her frustration out on the customers. Very rude and condescending. I was there on 10/25/25, taking a test for an endorsement on my CDL learner's permit. She was in window 13. I won't be going back to this location.
