During my visit, I interacted with two different staff members at two separate counters, and both were rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. One employee spoke to me in a dismissive, short tone and seemed impatient when I asked a question. The other cut me off and would not explain the process clearly. They were making fun of me throughout the process.
Based on their tone and demeanor, and how differently I felt I was treated compared to other customers, I also felt I was being treated unfairly because of my race.
This is a state government office serving the public, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better training and accountability for staff.

I did not have to wait which was unusual plus the processing officer had a very customer service personality that made my appointment very comfortable.
Had an appointment to renew my license today and had the best experience I’ve had in my 49 years of driving. Lest than a 5 minute wait time after checking in a service was about 6 minutes, test ,photo, identification and all. Rep. Was very pleasant and kind. Great job DMV!
one star only because i can't go lower. office is grossly understaffed and poorly managed. on 6/5/26 there were so people waiting they were spilling out into the hallway
very poorly managed office. not enough staff for typical crowds.
