Today I walked into the DMV office and had questions regarding the vehicles registered under my name. I was trying to get assistance with a matter that I was unfamiliar with. Instead of being helpful, the staff was condescending and completely disrespected me. I'm a responsible, tax-paying citizen and did not appreciate the way I was treated.
I will drive to the Denton DMV office before ever returning to this one due to their complete lack of manners. I believe the two people who treated me this way need customer service training or need other jobs not dealing with the public. I was nothing but kind and needed help. Absurdity.
