The "Same day" Real ID claim is a fraud. Waited 3.5 hours to get a same day Real ID and was issued an interim ID - for reasons no one could explain. They said they'd mail the real one in 15 days. OK, but why did you make me wait 3.5 hours for an interim ID when I needed a SAME DAY ID????
Rude and unhelpful most times I have been there
The wait was over 7 hours!!!
The wait outside was over 2 hours and the wait inside was 6 hours!!!
