Is a zero star possible. Website said open till 3. I go at 2:30 and am told they closed at 12:15. Of course they were still sitting there getting paid, but couldn't be bothered to help me. DMV should be privatized.
Poorly run by a bunch of undereducated losers with bad attitudes. Most of them should be fired. Lots of nobodies trying to be somebodies!
Excellent Experience. Had to transfer from NJ to PA. The Greeter (I have forgotten her name) was very friendly, great attitude and efficient. I was assigned to Evette who was terrific. She was very helpful in navigating an issue with NJ and working it out. An A+ individual. These individuals made a potential annoying experience almost enjoyable.
Today I took a man in a motorized wheel chair to get his Photo ID renewed. We just barely fit through the door. Then there was no space to accomodate us. We were abruptly told to move as we were blocking the entry and not at the end of the line. It was extremely difficult to navigate through the room there were chairs everywhere with not enough clearance to get from one point to the other. We were sent to the far back of the room again hard to navigate. I had to move a chair and my friend in the wheel chair had a very difficult time getting in position in front of the photo screen. The staff person was irritated with us the whole time and he kept closing his eyes and appeared to be asleep! At one point I yelled SIR when he didn't answer me and the staff in the next stall called him by name to get his attention. Does the ADA not apply to the DMV??? This experience was wrong on so many levels I can't even list everything. The only saving grace was that it was not a crowded day or time that we went there. I don't know what would of happened if it was a crowded time and day. There are absolutely no accomodations for people in motorized wheel chairs at this location in Dublin, PA. It's a crime, they should be ashamed. A rating of one is being very generous.
