Needed a real ID same day. Waited 3 1/2 hours and was given an ‘interim’ ID good for 15 days, based on some ‘random’ selection thing. I get that you have some kind of quality control thing going on, but if you’re going to do this - at least tell me before I wait 3.5 HOURS. Supervisor on site said basically- too bad…

I was able to ge my PA Identification card quickly, without having to wait in line as long as expected at the Philadelphia DMV.

Think hard before you go. Take food and water you’re going to be there awhile. A worker walks around and tells you everything that doesn’t work. Don’t be hard of hearing the screens don’t work, don’t be a diabetic you will have trouble going that long without food. Plan on the whole day there it’s chaos. PA your citizens deserve better. Please put our taxes to more effective use

What a joke, waited 3 hours to try and get real id and drivers license. Was called after 3 hours sat for one minute got approved and was told I would be called in a few hours to finish. Some guys who works there was yelling about the numbers screens not working that you had,to listen for your number.. what If your hard of hearing? What if your a diabetic and don’t know before hand your waiting at least 5 to 6 hours. I never did get mine I had to get some food wasn’t feeling well. PA your citizens drivers and tax payers deserve better than to be treated like this.
