I was at the PENN DOT in Penn hills today (11/13/24) around 12:30pm! I needed to update my ID since my current ID doesn't have my current address on it. They told me that I needed to pay $40.50 to get an updated driver's license. I then asked if they had apple pay the employee who was waiting on me said YES, they do. I proceed to pay, the transaction went through on my end, but apparently it didn't go through on their end. The employee then said that she was going to get a supervisor to help. I waited about 5 mins waiting on the supervisor her name was Adrian to get there. When she gets there, she isn't even paying attention to anything and says what is your last 4 of your cards. She proceeds to go back to her office and come out about 4 minute later and says she doesn't see any transaction with that card number!!! We are going to have to do it again. She then seems to get an attitude because I'm telling her they took the money off my card on my end, so you had to get the payment. She then starts to walk away like she doesn't even really want to hear what I'm saying. As a supervisor of a business, you shouldn't have that type of attitude. I advised that I wait 3-5 business days for the money to go back to my card, if not I will come back up here, and we can go from there. My whole point is that the supervisor whole attitude was horrible I work in a customer service, and you don't treat your customers or people like that. She had a horrible disposition! I will go else where before i ever go back to this location.
