Main Street North had a power outage, and it was suggested I go to the Soutel office. Wonderful experience! Friendly, happy people work there! They honored my appt time at North Main, waited only 5 minutes to be helped, and was out of the tax office 15 minutes later. Nice, updated Tax Collector office. Will use the Soutel office in the future.
Well I hate to say that this app is very difficult to understand and use. I'm still not even sure if I have an actual appointment. I haven't received any confirmation. And I'm not even sure when I hit the accept button if anything accepted. Haven't even had a chance to visit dmv. But the app I hate to say it sucks. Whoever wrote it did not use Simple common sense and making it easy to navigate.
Waiting in line rules and policies make ZERO sense. On line it says “people typically spend 0 min. here. The best time to go is at 8:00am on Tues.” (see attached pic).Also says walk-ins available.
Arrived at 8:30am on Tuesday, it’s noon and they keep sending in people that have appointments ahead of us and a woman ( “manager”)came by to say that when the line for appointments clears up, they will allow walk-ins inside to be seen. There are appointments scheduled all day that keep arriving!!! And, even then, the apt. line did clear up a few times (see one pic of a few that I took while waiting) and for a while it stayed cleared up and the employees disappeared and still they didnt let walk-ins in! I asked and they said that it was still full in side so we still have to wait even though there was no walk-ins in line!!! It’s never ending, people w/ appointments show up all day and even when they don’t, they let people that are in line trickle in at their leisure. You mean to tell me it has to be empty inside, no appts waiting, and then if you feel like it, I may be seen! People are leaving! So unfair! Terrible system and if you insist on doing things this way, post it on line… DONT TELL PEOPLE there are walk-ins available with 0 wait time if it’s not true!!!

We have left a review twice on the Google Maps site and they have not posted them. Not good. The appointments were efficient and that was pleasing. However, the person that interviewed us was very, vey good, even shouting at us several times. This person was at the Window 20 and her name was Jesse. If this was a private business I imagine that she would have been gone long ago. However, at an earlier interview we had a lady at Window 19 who was very helpful. You need more persons like her.
We had an appointment at 11:30am, 31 July 2024, at the University Blvd. DMV location, and we were attended immediately upon arrival, no waiting. However, we were directed to the Window #20 where we were received by a lady by the name of Jesse. She was among the rudest persons we have ever dealt with in contrast to prior visits. This lady went out of her way to bully us responding to our questions in a way that was extremely unprofessional. Her tone of voice was demeaning and totally unacceptable. To her the terms "please" and "thank you" did not exist. If this were a private business she would have lost her job on the spot. We hope that DMV looks into this matter as being a public servant, she should not be allowed to continue dealing with customers in this way. Horrible, horrible service !!!
