Kelli Griffiths was extremely professional and pleasant matter, and very patient, and it was a joy to work with her. I have never had such a positive experience at a DMV.

Point of contact, agents always call for back up. They dont listen to what your asking sodetermine to stick with NO, Being tbe rezponse. Most likely come back later or make an appointment response. Then back up or supervisor comes out and answers the original question you ask. Answer wasnt NO, IT OFFEREND MORE OPTIONS. LISTENING TO CONCERNS OR SITUATION IS VERY IMPORTANT. EVERYBODY DONT HAVR THE SAME PROBLEM. PRETEND U CARE EVEN IF U DONT CARE OR LIKE YOUR JOB.
