Security guard Warren was amazing - wow does he know how to do his job. He arrived there before the doors even opened to help with questions and line people up. Our counter helper, Rey was amazing with my mom. She is 84 and he was so attentive to her. He didn't rush and even came all of the way around to waiting section on other side of his window and got her a chair to wait in while he did paperwork. Rey then went the extra mile and walked back out around to her and handed paperwork to her afterwards. She left with ease and was an easy experience for something she was nervous about coming to. This location excellent to my mom. Very smooth visit.
Well run agency
Terrible service! No way to get any appointments for my truck I just bought in Alabama and need to do tax, title, and tag. No way to get any of that. One huge runaround. Every locatuon has sign saying, "No Appountments
" for like ever. Damned pissed and will have to punish those responsible for violating my civil rights.

I was told I needed proof of insurance for the previous owner. Otherwise no tag could be issued. Previous owners tag was being transferred to another car. This can't be correct! Had proof of coverage for new owner. Made the 3 hour wait painful. Last station on right was polite but wrong. Required another 3 hour wait.if
very friendly and they get the job done quickly and painlessly.
