They were very helpful and courteous and it was a very pleasant experience. It was in an out quickly.
Booked appointment for drivers license. Staff was friendly and proces went smooth.
The staff was incredibly helpful at this location. I was able to get my appointment taken care of in a prompt way, and staff were attentive to the needs of people to move through quickly because of concerns about COVID. I found the safety protocols taken to be very effective. Everyone was masked and distanced, and staff did not waste time prolonging the visit. Overall, this was a well done operation, as many places in Iowa City are. I was highly satisfied with my visit, and I'd feel comfortable making another visit in the coming weeks if I found the need to do so. This was a good experience.
The location is easy to find, right across the street from Target but parking is hard as there are alot of cars and the parking lot is small
