Had appointment 6/16/26. The wait time wasn't too long. We were luckily to have Jesus call us up to register our new car. He was very pleasant and helpful. Appreciate his good nature.
The place is very busy but the service is great thanks to Betty, Zabrina, Ava and Security Officer who worked on that Saturday I appreciate the office being opened on the weekends for out of state visitors.
Photos are taken outside the since it’s a government building.
I was delighted the process was very organized and if you have all your credentials, it’s a breeze to get out in 30 minutes max.
The only tip I have is to designate a line person to help answer some questions or information to the customers who seemed confused.
Otherwise kudos to you all. Great work team.😎

The website wouldn't let me make an appointment. I tried 4x!
My wife and I both went together to renew our driver’s license. We are both over 75. We only have one cell phone. We had separate appointment times but the system treated us like one person and dropped my name. Next time we’ll go on separate days, if we live another 4 years. Also, the vision test sucks. We both have good vision and get yearly checkups and update our glasses, but we have trouble using that little device.
THESE CLOWNS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, NEVER. I CALL AT 800AM ON ALL I GET IS A RECORDING AND IT HANGS UP. THESE ARE USELESS CLOWNS THATS GET PAYED 4JUST DOING NOTHING BUT SITTING AROUND.
