I work remote and our corporate office is in Reno so I make my DMV appointments a month in advance to ensure accuracy etc. Was at the DMV until 5.15pm 7.22.25 and got the proper direction to complete my transaction. So instead of holding the agent up I made a second appointment for today after waiting in the que for an hour to get another in person appointment on 7.23.25. In a shortened version. The gentleman treated me like he was above me and did not help assist me with my transaction after about 3 min he told me hes not going to do that with 100 people in the que. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD REGISTER EVERY NEVADA VEHICLE I HAVE UNDER MY FLEET TO A DIFFERENT STATE JUST TO AVOID THIS DMV. CARSON CITY DMV EVEN IF TRANSACTION DIDNT GET COMPLETED THEY AT LEAST GIVE YOU DIRECTION AND TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN. SAD TIMES IN TODAYS MENTALITLY.
The behavior of both ladies is horrible with customers, being extremely rude, unprofessional, and even racist. I have had this experience at this location in the past, but as walk-ins are available most of the time, I had no time to wait several weeks for an appointment at another location.
I had to wait here three different times since 5 AM only to be told my birth certificate was not valid. Really? It was valid in Utah??? It was valid for 44 years of my life and now it is considered a "hospital souvenir "These people are smoking crack. MY birth certificate has worked my ENTIRE LIFE of 43 years in. multiple states.
Had to make three appointments trying to get my real ID because the first agent didn't tell me what exactly to bring to get it. Very frustrating, wasting my time and theirs.
I made an appointment to get my Real ID and showed the agent my documents. She said it wasn't accepted and told me I needed my marriage license so I made a second appointment and it was not accepted. That agent said I needed a "certified" marriage copy. I waited for over 40 minutes both times to no avail. The first agent should have told me to bring a "Certified" certificate. Now I am waiting to go to my third appointment in July to show my Certified certificate after having to go to the county to purchase it. Very frustrating, agents should make sure to tell us what "exactly" we need to not waste my time and theirs.
