Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment for driver's license renewal?
I went to DMV this morning Oct. 8. arrived at 9am. was told that their internet was down and would have to sign in with my smart phone and Q code. Tell me how do you do that when a person does not have any kind of a cell phone. then you are told to take a seat and they do not take your name or give you a number. This was very upsetting to me. I am a 89 year old lady . I really needed to get my new vehicle registered an I keep running inti brick walls.
Most pathetic DMV. Couldn’t process my request and rebooked me to another day. I turn up for the follow up and find out they never even booked the appointment!!! Full of Lazy people who got a job here cause they couldn’t find one anywhere else….go to Henderson or flamingo if you can, more educated staff who actually know their stuff
I was at your location this morning at 7:30. There were serval seniors in line already. When it came time to sign in using the QR Code, they were not able to because they had flip phones or older phones that were not compatible. Myself and another lady helped them sign in using our phones. Then they were not able to click the link in the text message they received to get updates on their wait time. In addition, there were people coming after me who were able to use the QR Code to sign in quicker than I could and were in the queue before me and the seniors who had been there since 7:00. It’s a nice idea so there isn’t a huge line at the kiosk inside but there are so some issues that need to be addressed so all have equal access and in the order that people arrive.
Staff was very friendly and efficient.
