Terry helped me last week…it was Friday afternoon and she was SO Kind AND Efficient!! Best Trip To DMV.
( Too bad I had to wait 3 hours just to turn in plates on a vehicle sold. The DMV Really needs to take better care of its customers and employees by growing with the population and demand…just sayin…)

Horrible customer service at the informational booth. The female employee was rude and disrespectful. Instead of politely answer the question she gave us the ugly stare down and with disgust redirect us to kiosk information...
We left because of her miserable behavior and made appointment for February 17th. The appointment was confirmed on 17th, but when we came there, the DMV was closed. I have no idea why DMV website would allowed the appointments on the day it closed?

This place sucks ass. everyone is horrible & no communication skills at all .computer system gives no info to sign in & the call system is not addiquit.

What a horrible customer service right on the front desk, where they supposed to help you with information... blond older lady employee, please, if you hate your job just find an another one. Rude, disrespectful and moody!
