It is very difficult to figure out how to make an appointment on this page. I suggest you make the link live. I had to copy and paste it onto a Google Doc so that it was live and only then could I make an appointment. It is not very user friendly!
I've called every morning for three days to speak with a DMV representative, and the prompt states that the que is full for the day. the prompt also states that it is a 22 minute wait and then hangs up. Staff was amazing
