I arrived at 7:20 in the morning and I was the third person in line. I was not aware of that. They change the check into scanning a QR code which I do not have the capability of. So even though I was the third person in line I ended up being served 17th and I was there for two hours. I’m also hard of hearing, and I was explaining that this security guy trying to figure out the procedure and he became very offensive and threatened to ban me from the facility. I was discriminated against because of my disability. The man should be fired and the DMV needs to get their act together.

Recently moved to NV and we are very happy with the service we received at the Henderson DMV. Handled driver licenses and registrations in one visit and staff was awesome, thanks!

Why can't we schedule appointments for ID only? My mother is older, she needs an appointment and the only place I can schedule an appointment for an ID is Las Vegas?
