Very unprofessional
I recently went to the DMV to get a state ID for my daughter who is special needs. I ended up at Camille Jessica Robbins window now Camille knows me personally.. I gave her all documents that she needed . The employee Camille put her address down as my home address. that was very unprofessional of her .. she has been working for to long to be doing things like that . She knows my home address because she has been their before . So what would she put down her address on my daughter's information. and the nerve for her to have an attitude. Do better with the people you hire .

I've been going to this DMV for a very long time but I'm Soo angry because one of the workers I think her name is Camille Robinson I'm not to sure she had a very stink attitude and try to be little me because I asked a question. It's not professional at all to disrespect a customer that wasn't disrespecting her . I will not be returning

Recently was at DMV with an appointment, and I must say that I was very impressed with how smoothly things went. I was in and out in less than an hour. It was a first for me.

why is office not open? it is best one ever ! so organized people who knew what they were doing! you should have closed a different one we spent all that money on a new place and there it sits wasting away this is voiced through multiple voters!!!

Online appointments say they are already Booked all the way to June of Next year, impossible! It’s always the same each year, I go there and they have no one in there for hours, yet they showed they are Books Several months in advance. What’s going on? We should at least be able to call and talk to someone when the app is clearly not correct.

This is ridiculous! Is there absolutely No way to call the Bowie Tx office directly? I tried to set up appointment online. There is No way the Bowie office is already Booked solid all the way to June of 2025. They are Never that busy!
I need an appointment prior to March.

Linda the driving test person is very, very rude. She makes you feel terrible I’ll never go back there if she’s there!!! Terrible person!!!

Wait times at the Graves address in El Cajon are as typical. Great way to blow out an entire day. Getting an appointment is next to impossible. Dealing with Miles the DMV AI virtual jerk also is next to impossible and frustrating. Excuse my venting!
