I would have rated this review with a 1-star, as it seemed to take me forever to find online the correct process to have my DL updated online to simply remove my glasses restriction. Completely DIFFICULT! Only after actually calling the DMV (via the Tax Collector office) was I able to be directed where to find the “vision” portion of the appointment process. From there making a convenient appointment time and it was quick and easy to not only have my restriction lifted, but, as I was within the timeframe to renew my license - I am now good to go! My suggestion is to make it easier to find the correct path online - perhaps have the options listed in columns vs a lengthy list. My 5-star rating is for the clean look of the website, the DMV facility itself, the quick sign-in process, and the professionalism of the DMV employee who helped me get my *first-ever* driver’s license without a retriction!

The office hours are stated to be open including for Saturday, yet I can't call to make an appointment because it is out of "office hours"? What the heck is this about? Either update your information, or, if you ARE open, fix your recorded message and answer the phone!! Some folks work M-F and so Sat is when they can come in for their in person review. This is most annoying!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! The old fat instructor likes to trick kids to MAKE them fail their test because he obviously hates his life. Anyone who purposely tries to trick a kid into failing their test on their BIRTHDAY should not be in the position that they are in. Please get rid of this guy, or I will single handedly make sure you lose as much business as possible. Wish i could rate this place 0 stars but you cannot.

Please before you tell a customer they are incorrect make sure you know the regulations before doing so. Second time now I’ve had to explain a Veteran policy regarding Ohio BMV regulations to the BMV employees, management and district manager this time. Please review the regs.

I was there this morning to get a temporary disabled placard and received quick and friendly service. I received the placard and another question was answered as well.
