I had to renew my Real ID at the Herkimer DMV. I did not get the gentleman’s name who helped me. He was so very patient and talked me through the entire process. So polite and helpful. I am 81 and was stalling to do this for fear it would be stressful and I’d not get i done on time. Thank you to whomever you are that helped me with filling the paperwork out, taking my photo and telling me how to send everything in. The Herkimer DMV on other occasions I have had there is so patient and helpful

This website is horrible!!!!! I received a text message about an outstanding ticket but I think it is a scam. I tried calling the Texas DMV for information or at least someone who could tell me who to call for information. I have tried for over 30 minutes but all I get is a stupid automated answering thing that just takes me in circles so I never speak to a person. I thought Department of Public Vehicles was supposed to be a public service thing. If that’s the case, why is it set up so the public can’t communicate with them??????

What a great experience! The security guard’s sense of humor really lightened the possible wait time announcement, due to staffing that day. His assistance with required paperwork kept the line moving along. The lady at the counter was very patient as we were getting an enhanced license without an appt. Not once did she make us feel rushed.

My daughter and I arrived 5 minutes prior to Saturday opening hours. We didn't wait in line at all. Staff were fast, friendly and efficient. I had my plate registration and driver's license renewed in 10 minutes. I had previously taken daughter to Massillon and waited an hour in a small, understaffed office.only to be told they couldn't help us. We tried calling Massillon prior to the visit but phones went unanswered. Advice! Go to North Canton. 5 stars North Canton.
