The guy that takes the driver's license photos at the Ridgedale Service Center in Minnetonka, MN takes the least flattering photographs EVER.

Went there to get a handicap hang tag for my wife as there is no place on the dmv website to make an appointment this. The lady at the door looked over the paper work from our doctor and said my wife need to sign the papers so I'll apparently have to bring her in?

Arrive when they open if you do not have an appointment. I arrived at 8:30 on a Tuesday and only had a t/2 hour wait.

its impossible to speak to a fellow human. The message says: If you would like to speak to a representative please hang up and try later. WOW that's a new low for me!!

was very organized. we arrived before opening and a dmv female employee came outside to hand out applications and to make sure that every one there had an appointment and that there was no riff-raff hustlers outside without an appointment. once inside there was a very organized wait and the scheduled appointments appeared on the television screens on time. the staff did a great job to assure everyone that no one was cutting and that the appointments were being met on time of the appointment.

The best DOR office. First time there. Clean, efficient, pleasant staff and not long of a wait. I used to go to the Affton office and they have become awful. The lady at Concord was polite and helpful.
