I received a notice in the mail after 4/22/2024 informing me that I would need to schedule in person appointment with their office to renew my drivers license. I went to website but did not find schedule option. I physically visited the location 5/6/2024 to find out earliest appt is in September. Notice should have been given months earlier to inform that I would not be able to renew my license online. I now have an appt scheduled 9/6/2024 which does not help at all. Very disappointed at lack of proper notice to not inconvenience customers unnecessarily.
They made the renewal of my license very quick and easy.
They wouldn’t let me get my id because I didn’t have a third identification but I had my report card and she said she couldn’t use it because my certificate dates were from 2023 but I received the paper in 2024
