My granddaughter and I both had appts today (6/3/2026) at Amarillo's DMV. From the moment we walked in the door we were cordially welcomed and given assistance on how to sign in. I wish I knew the name of the two gentlemen that assisted us as we came in and the one at the front desk. Both were accommodating and genuinely happy to assist us.
When I was called back to renew my license Kent could not have been nicer. I really appreciate the time Kent spent explaining the renewal process. I was dreading my DMV appointment but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thank You DMV for having employees that are service oriented and enjoy helping others.
