Harlingen Texas DPS Reviews and Tips
This office seems to have plenty of staff but only one helping customers. They have no clue what customer service is. point to the quiosk and say make an appointment. Older seniors look helpless and don't know how to use the system are practically in tears while the personnel at a desk facing away keeps her head down and offers no help. Terrible service and nonfriendly. I now have to wait a week to do something they could do in 5 minutes...crappie service.
