The behavior of both ladies is horrible with customers, being extremely rude, unprofessional, and even racist. I have had this experience at this location in the past, but as walk-ins are available most of the time, I had no time to wait several weeks for an appointment at another location.
Had to make three appointments trying to get my real ID because the first agent didn't tell me what exactly to bring to get it. Very frustrating, wasting my time and theirs.
I made an appointment to get my Real ID and showed the agent my documents. She said it wasn't accepted and told me I needed my marriage license so I made a second appointment and it was not accepted. That agent said I needed a "certified" marriage copy. I waited for over 40 minutes both times to no avail. The first agent should have told me to bring a "Certified" certificate. Now I am waiting to go to my third appointment in July to show my Certified certificate after having to go to the county to purchase it. Very frustrating, agents should make sure to tell us what "exactly" we need to not waste my time and theirs.
Today my mother and I were at the DMV to replace a driver’s license that was stolen earlier in the week during a home break in.
Everyone was so kind and helpful from the supervisor (Lupe) to the customer care agent. We got in within the hour and we given the advice to change the DL number in case of identity theft. I didn’t even know that was possible. What a wonderful experience during this difficult time. This experience leaves a powerful lasting impression. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

Ridiculous! I have gone 3 times to try to renew my license because I'm over 70 and they said I can't do it online. Everytime I go they say they aren't taking anymore walking but they don't have appointments! I got there today at 9am and they told me for the 3rd time they aren't taking anymore walk ins! They close at 5pm and have 4 processors on duty. We only have 1 vehicle and I have to keep driving my husband into work to get this done. It's so inconvenient it's not funny!
