Very rude didn't take time to find out all details

I arrived at 7:20 in the morning and I was the third person in line. I was not aware of that. They change the check into scanning a QR code which I do not have the capability of. So even though I was the third person in line I ended up being served 17th and I was there for two hours. I’m also hard of hearing, and I was explaining that this security guy trying to figure out the procedure and he became very offensive and threatened to ban me from the facility. I was discriminated against because of my disability. The man should be fired and the DMV needs to get their act together.

I was not happy to have to pay again for your teams mistake since they are the ones that put the incorrect birthdate on my DL

This DMV needs to change its policy, let people know that the ones with appointments have priority, and maybe have a separate desk for those with appointments, The first time I went in I waited 4 hours and still did not get done I finally left, second time I waited about 3 hours and left and finally was told to make appointment to get in sooner. You can be there when the doors open and still be their waiting till one o'clock. The worker don't care either they take their sweet time, the Spanish speaking girl will talk Spanish speaking even if they are not next in line. You also need more workers, because you get people from Vegas come up thinking the wait will not be so long and separate the driver's license from the car registration, those should not be in the same office or should be in a different office!!

I had to wait here three different times since 5 AM only to be told my birth certificate was not valid. Really? It was valid in Utah??? It was valid for 44 years of my life and now it is considered a "hospital souvenir "These people are smoking crack. MY birth certificate has worked my ENTIRE LIFE of 43 years in. multiple states.

I went to DMV this morning Oct. 8. arrived at 9am. was told that their internet was down and would have to sign in with my smart phone and Q code. Tell me how do you do that when a person does not have any kind of a cell phone. then you are told to take a seat and they do not take your name or give you a number. This was very upsetting to me. I am a 89 year old lady . I really needed to get my new vehicle registered an I keep running inti brick walls.

Making an appointment was a disaster but I found the lady I worked with very helpful and extremely friendly.

I went online to try to make an appointment and it’s very very very difficult. Also, it says walk-ins right on the website we do walk-ins I drive 50 miles to get there. I’m the only person in there and they say well you gotta have an appointment I tried to make an appointment for half an hour out in the parking lot. There’s still nobody in there. I went in and asked to just do me let me license my car. Oh no, we gotta do appointments. I said I’m the only one here they said we got appointments gonna show up it’s total bullshit. You shouldn’t have to sit there and go through all of that when there’s nobody in that place now I have to go back again that’s over 200 miles. Just a license. My car now. I’m almost 70 years old. Some of us don’t wanna play around with the computers. I just wanna do my business and go. Why does it say we do walk-ins on the website? Didn’t say we won’t serve you unless you have an appointment well here’s an idea hello how about you have a window where if you walk in you might have to wait a little bit longer, but still get you served
