Las Vegas Nevada DMV Reviews and Tips
My mother in law advised me to come in the afternoon which was a good idea. We didn't have to wait long. The man seeing us was very helpful and suggested many solutions we didn't know about.

The woman tried to refuse to put me in the queue suggesting I did not have all the necessary documents which it turns out I did, which I had to demonstrate using DMV's own requirements listed on the website. She had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional. Parking can be very crowded and you may have to wait to get a parking spot.

Overloaded from COVID, but quick once you were served. Long way mitigated with a ticket that let me know to return at a certain time.

Staff was a bit confused as to what was going on, security was questioning people that were in line. Making an appointment helps with the waiting time depending on how busy the facility is.

This DMV had a very organized way of handling the line of customers because of Covid protocols. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is probably better to have an appointment before going.

I've called every morning for three days to speak with a DMV representative, and the prompt states that the que is full for the day. the prompt also states that it is a 22 minute wait and then hangs up. You would think after all these years that the DMV administration would try and run more efficiently, but i guess not. I've been driving for 43 years now and its getting worse.
