I had to get my car inspected and they did a great job in getting me in and out without any long delays. The staff was very polite and I had a great experience in getting my car inspected even though Covid was a concern in our area.

I don't know when they will return to normal, the pandemic 2 years ago and there are many people who do nothing there, my apologies for those who do work... It's ridiculous to wait a month when there are people with nothing to do

Liked this place , It moved fast and it had always friendly peple working the times , I went there, lived in parlin and Elizabeht and preferred to travel south to go there.

We have attempted to contact the Eatontown DMV office numerous times to no avail! Simply recordings, one of which said hold for a rep. Of course no rep picked up....just many more "options" over and over. Then up popped "Ask" a question window for an "expert" to assist. It then promptly flipped to commit to a $5 charge to ask the questions!!?? What the heck? We are attempting to confirm a possible appointment to no avail. This is totally inexcusable. Disgusted! License was to be avail on the 31st of May....it is now the 14th of June.
