The employees are well-trained, and the office is exceptionally well-organized. The receiving receptionist stands out for being kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
That said, the screening and reviewing staff could benefit from a slight improvement in how they engage with applicants. While it's entirely reasonable that they must thoroughly verify documents to ensure compliance with guidelines, a bit more finesse in communication would make a meaningful difference. Applicants are simply trying to fulfill the requirements, and a more considerate tone—especially when enforcing rules—would be both respectful and appreciated.
Lastly, the staff overseeing the final step and photo process are warm and welcoming, making the overall experience feel smooth and pleasant. Their friendly demeanor truly leaves a positive impression. 😊

WORST PLACE EVER If I could give negative stars I would. They made me cry.
I went for my DMV Real Id license today and the process was quite easy. All the people I spoke with were friendly, helpful and cooperative as well as professional. I have poor hearing and had to ask them to repeat several times. I found the plexiglass-glass barriers made it more difficult to hear clearly. Everything else was fine.
Customer service via web and phone is horrendous
Trying to get an appointment is a joke. So is getting a phone number. Past time for this office / organization to join the 20th Century
