I went for my real ID. And the experience was excellent. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful.
People were very courteous n knowledgeable
HORRIBLE, BEEN calling millions times from 9 am till 10.30 am ,said office closed, called back normal hours ?????
After I failed my inspection I was informed that my OBD failed and I would have to repair it. So that started the whole problem. When I contacted the DMV in trenton I was informed that all I needed was a decal showing that my vehicle was older that 25 years. So that brought me to the DMV in Rio Grand to fix it and that created a new problem. There I was told that I had to repair the OBD and then I could then apply for my plates, and then was informed that the time for the ct plates was for any vehicle older than 1996. So now you know my situation but thank you for not being very helpful in a democratic state.
The person who help me she was not happy to be working there. Unbelievable
