The staff did an excellent job given the pandemic situation. There were some lines, but that is to be expected. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking.

My experience getting a title and new Registration was fantastic. All the employees are so educated and respectful that they deserve these letters I’m writing.
The Supervisor, Ms. Tracy,
the person that attended me was exceptionally kind.
Everybody, since entering the building respond to the customers greetings.
I spent a minimum amount there because they were all exceptionally trained and educated.
If I ever need anything related to MVC issues, I wouldn’t mind the distance and I’ll go to Cherry Hill DMC office.
I know I’ll have my needs taken care if, without being humiliated.

for Mr. Addam. A lady by the door and her colleagues, exceptionally efficient and KIND.
I obtained the Title and Registration which made me happy.
Having driven so long to this agency, made me happier.

I recently visited this office to get a duplicate title and was so pleasantly surprised to find the process so easy to complete. The wait was not too long and the employees were WONDERFUL! Yes, they were wonderful. Knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. This will be my DMV forever! Thank you to everyone there.
