Friendly staff and quick service
When my daughter and I went for her learners permit, we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. We forgot a document and Larry ?last name I dnt remember was extremely helpful by getting us another same day appointment to continue our application at another location (U.C. office) because our missing document was back in N.E San Antonio!

The lines are typically long and though, at times you might get someone who is semi-friendly, the majority of the time you don’t.
The flow is regularly slow and it appears they go out of their way to find problems that don’t exist to make you start over.
On top of that, in my opinion, their valuations of cars is higher that other dmv offices i have been in or have knowledge of.
