Today went very smoothly and timely. Thank you. The two staff greeting citizens as they walked in were so friendly and helpful.
You should consider putting the option of 'LOST" license to make an appointment. If I try to make an appointment under renew or replace, it asks for your license number and the number at the bottom of the page which is impossible to do since I DON'T HAVE A COPY OF MY LICENSE!!!! I spent 2 hours at the DMV only for them to tell me to make an appointment which is IMPOSSIBLE on your website!!

I was there around 4:20pm. And the doors where lock. It's county building. They take advantage and make their owns rules...
The team in Baytown is awesome. DPS had never been a place I wanted to be, but they changed my mind. The entire staff has changed my mind. Everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful and professional. I made a mistake with scheduling and without hesitation, the ladies corrected my mistake and didn't make me feel like an idiot. I will never go to another DPS office as long as I live in the Houston area.
