Went to my 12:45 appt yesterday and it only took 15 minutes to get my new registration/plates. All staff members I encountered were friendly and customer-oriented, I could not believe that this was a NJ DMV operation. The manager should be commended for training the staff to be positive in order to provide exceptional performance/much Kudos to the South Brunswick DMV manager and staff.

Arrived at 8am and was seen promptly. At inspection , the older caucasian man seemed to be hiding on the side of the building smoking a cigarette and finally appeared and removed the cone. Not friendly and could not muster a good morning back to me.

I have been to this dmv location and I have to say it was nothing like I expected. The people at the front desk were very courteous and the wait time for an placard renewal was less than a minute. Several weeks ago I had another occasion to visit this location for a completely different reason, and I would have to say the same thing. People were very courteous the wait time was less than a minute! This place has come a long way!

Your security guard there in Dayton needs an attitude check. He is a nasty POS. He treated my wife like a piece of sh!t and talked to her like she was a nobody. He was lucky I wasn’t there with her because I would have punched him in his mouth. Everyone who works for the dmv needs to get their heads out of their asses. All of you have attitudes and suck at your job. If you don’t want to deal with people, get a new god damn job.

My son and I were at Dayton MVS a few weeks ago after visiting Kilmer MVS where we were sent to Dayton. we were never told about needing an appointment. Upon arrival we met with Debbie at the reception desk. After explaining our situation Debbie was able to help us and set us up with Nye who took our information and completed our registration and title work quickly and efficiently. I will say this was unexpected and the best experience at a DMV I had ever had in 40 years of living in NJ.
